I have seen two vehicles in the past couple weeks with bar codes posted in the side windows. Here is an  attached picture.
 Luckily I was alongside at a stop light to snap a picture. The most recent vehicle drove past me on  the Interstate.


We live in an area  with no toll roads. Any ideas ?   My husband wonders if an auto auction uses them.
