"Letter"
From knownamous
Felt the sentimental need to write a dove letter to my fellow
brothers and sisters. I believe that the prophets, saints,
martyrs, followers of Christ, even the disciples of their time,
speak through us in our generation. I was watching a video
by Chris Tomlin "I Lift My Hands" and felt tears in my eyes
without even trying to feel. There are people here that
keep separate from worldly distractions, and I find that a
comfort. Maybe with all of this chaos, there is really a
melancholy feeling. And I think other than the evil worry
and anxiety subjected upon humble believers, those running the
rate race need to ask themselves what will they gain
anyway? It is becoming very apparent that we need to
prepare the way of The Lord. I always go back to reminding
myself about the parable of the fig tree. Of course we
don't know the day or hour, but what if something supernatural
happens soon? I strongly feel it in my heart that it
will. As Chris Tomlin says in the song, I Will Rise, he
says "and the grave is overwhelmed". We never really think
about how many people are on the other side. We always
think of ourselves in this world. And it is my own
personal belief that they exceed 7 billion people. I try
to not let technology/the web imagine heaven, or other realities
for me. God has blessed us more than what buttons we can
press, or can control. Thanks brothers and sisters for
reading my letter.
