Dear Doves,
My thanks to Calvin at RFTH for noticing the number 17 in the Noah stories in Genesis. Calvin notes two examples. Actually there are 3 instances of the number 17 which go from the boarding of the ark, to the resting on Mt. Ararat, then the day of departure from the ark. The first is about the FINAL BOARDING of the Noah family of 8 on board the ark on month 2 and day 17. The next is about day 7 and month 17 when the ark came to its PLACE OF DESTINATION, the final resting place on Mt. Ararat on month 7 and day 17. The final 17 is linked to month 3 and day 17, which is Sivan 17. This was THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, of the final leaving of the ark of life, safety, provision, hope, and future. It was THE DAY OF FINAL TRANSITION TO NEW BEGINNINGS. WHY do all these have to do with the day 17? Might our departure, our leaving in The Blessed Hope, be on month three and day 17? This will be from sunset 6-6 to sunset on 6-7. The number 153, the fish in the net number, is the triangle number of 17! The number of the sides of a triangle is 3. Come quickly, Lord...
With Love and Shalom,
Jean
