In reply to http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/june2012/nicole620.htm if the people are deluded into believing that the Antichrist is God by the great signs and lying wonders so that they worship the image of the beast, the deluded people will receive his mark in order to buy and sell because it is the people who don't worship the image of the beast who will be killed according to Rev. 13:15.  I don't think it will be a case of the Antichrist saying he will forgive all your debts if you take his mark or that he'll give you a free home somewhere if you take his mark.  I think he will want you to think he is God so that you will worship the image of the beast which would be idolatry and the breaking of the Lord's commandments found in Exodus 20:3-5, "Thou shalt have no other gods before me.  Thou shalt not make unto thee any grave image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath,or that is in the water under the earth:  Thou shalt now bow down thyself to them, nor serve them:  for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me:  And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments."
