Dear Susan-

 

So very sorry to hear about your sister--I have her name on my keyboard and I will keep holding her up to the Throne, along with you and the entire family.  Please let us know, when you have time, how she is doing and any specific prayers she may need.  That is exactly why we are here, to support the Body.  I am sure John will not mind my saying this, but the RITAN site has wonderful, wonderful prayer warriors---I hope you submit her name there also.   

 

A suggestion...is someone reading the Bible to her, or made a recording available to her to listen to ?  The Bible says So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.  You mentioned her faith was shaky---so natural, but we can help her gird it up by following the scripture above.  Many of the Psalms are known for their comforting ability.  

 

I did this with my Father, he too fought the good fight against cancer and I know it helped him.  It is, in fact, the way he left us for Heaven--on the wings of the Word.

 

And don't you forget--with God, all things are possible, including her healing.
