When I first became a Christian, and my husband (who introduced me to the Lord) and I were doing Bible study together, I was amazed at how much of the 'olde religion' (witchcraft/occult/pagan) was described/discussed in Scripture. Sometimes the references are so vague, that a person might not even get them. They are sometimes interwoven with tradition and the culture/people of the times/places.
