Nicole - I really loved the way you wrote about your salvation and the fact that each and every one of us needs a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus.
I have been like you - I was Christian as a child but strayed away in my teens and 20's - returned after I had my daughter - strayed away again after my divorce (not of my choosing) because I think I was mad at God that He could let this happen to me.
I regularly pray for that very close and personal relationship - I haven't experienced it like you have - it seems my journey is to walk in faith alone - but I sure would love to feel that presence of Jesus.
