"Rapture
on June 29, 2011 ?"
I had dream that I remembered and was
not the usual boring everyday happenings hodgepodge that
is usually served up by the unconscious mind while free-wheeling
during sleep time.
I wanted to park my car in a downtown area and the parking
garage involved going down a ramp to a large area. I was only
going to need to park for a short while and resisted going into
a garage that would be time-consuming to exit from in just a few
minutes when I would be leaving.
I made my concerns known to the attendant inside as I drove
along the ramp and he said he had a spot for me. Alongside the
ramp there was a small space which he called number 29. He said
I could leave soon with little trouble from 29.
I was delighted and parked there. End of dream.
I thought about what it could mean when I awoke and wondered if
it was one of those prophetic dreams that I read about here so
often. Anyway, I pass it on in case someone may have an insight
into it's meaning, and to alert us to a possible departing time.
I know that all alerts have proven to be false alarms, but I
still derive some encouragement from reading about them and know
they can be an inspiration to some to stop and re-consider their
relationship with our heavenly Father and Saviour, Jesus.
Remember, there will be no time when it all started to happen.
Now is the time to prepare. "For the Lord himself shall descend
from heaven with a shout..." 1 Thess. 4:16, "In a moment, in the
twinkling of an eye, at the last trump:for the trumpet shall
sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall
be changed." 1 Cor. 15:52
"What if today, this very day, is the day you take your last
breath? ... When that elusive moment arrives, you will not have
another chance to repent and dedicate your life to Christ... You
can know your eternal destination for a certainty." (1)
If you are reading this and are unsure of your eternal
destination, I.e., heaven or the lake of fire, please take
advantage of the time you still have to accept the salvation
offered by Jesus' death and resurrection which paid the penalty
for your sins. Simply look deeply within and acknowledge your
sins, repent oaf them and accept the free gift of grace and
salvation from Jesus.
