Good post.

Immediately after the apostle Paul tells us about the rapture (1st Thess 4:15), he then says, "When people are saying everything is peaceful and secure", then disaster will fall on them suddenly as a pregnant woman's labor pains begin." (1st Thess 5:5).  And just after that Paul tells us to be children of the light and of the day, so we won't be caught unaware when the Lord comes.
