I had seen the same ring around the sun here in San Antonio, Tx almost 2 months ago.
 
It MAY have sprinkled some rain somewhere but we have not had any rain for a very, very long time.
 
Regarding my request, I was trying to send the picture of the sun w/the ring around it to some friends of mine but I don’t have the settings on my pc to do it.  I was hoping you could send me the pic.
