Where are they and when are they supposed to arrive? Surely it can't be much longer. I would appreciate any information on this subject.

The following are some selective excerpts, from my verse by verse, studies, on the Book of Revelation.
The Book of Revelation is the 66th Book in the Bible, which is a spiritual book and is meant to be taken as a whole. We find that the spiritual definitions of the types and shadows are revealed and discovered in the preceding 65 books. The Book interprets itself. We must see with Spiritual Eyes, in order to correctly see and understand the spiritual meaning.
To know the Lord intimately, in His Light
II Peter 1:19-21;
And we have the word of prophecy made more sure; to which you do well that you pay attention, as unto a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day-star arise in your hearts: 20 But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation, 21 for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoken from God. (The Word will interpret itself.)
The Book of Revelation is given out of the mouth of two witnesses within the book itself. The message is given twice, first in Chapters, 4-10 and repeated again in Chapters, 14-19.
Deuteronomy 11:18;
You shall therefore, impress these words of Mine in your heart (True thoughts) and in your soul; and you shall bind them for a sign upon your hand, (Works, which are a sign and attest to the fact, that the words were heard and understood, correctly; the Works, confirm the Word. Words and Works are the Two witnesses in Revelation Chapter 11.)
and they shall be on your forehead, (Thinking) between your eyes.
Daniel Chapter 12; we see that there are “two others,” but only one speaks. These two are the two witnesses are His Word, followed by His Works, Confirming the word.

And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

And I will grant authority to (Power of Grace, to put enemies under your feet, My two witnesses, (The Word and Works) (Two is the number to establish a witness, Deuteronomy 17:6; John 8:17; II Corinthians 13:1; example: our Lord sent his disciple out in twos, Mark 6:7;)

John 5: 30-339;
"I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 31 "If I alone testify about Myself, My testimony is not true. 32 "There is another who testifies of Me, and I know that the testimony which He gives about Me is true. 33 "You have sent to John, and he has testified to the truth. 34 "But the testimony which I receive is not from man, but I say these things so that you may be saved. 35 "He was the lamp that was burning and was shining and you were willing to rejoice for a while in his light. 36 " But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to accomplish--the very works that I do--witness about Me, that the Father has sent Me. 37 "And the Father who sent Me, He has testified of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time nor seen His form. 38 "You do not have His word abiding in you, for you do not believe Him whom He sent. 39 "You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life;
it is these (The Word and Works) that testify (Witness: Word #3140 meaning: to be a witness, to bear witness, i.e. to affirm that one has seen or heard from the Root: #3144; Same word as testify;) about Me; (Word #3140 meaning: to be a witness, to bear witness, i.e. to affirm that one has seen or heard from the Root: #3144; Same word as testify; a witness in a legal, historical sense)
These two witnesses perform the same functions as Moses and Elijah. The plagues that Moses inflicted were to deal with their spiritual system. This process was also effective by Elijah who witnessed against false religion within Israel. The two witnesses expose the false spiritual system (Harlot Babylon) of the last days. Thus the witnesses testify against false religion both within Israel and among the nations, But we are not to measure the nations against the plumbline of the word, for the nations represent the natural man. We are instructed not to Judge the natural man, as in,
I Corinthians 5:13; Those who are outside (The Light) God judges. The power of His two witnesses, is flowing through those who are the Righteous remnant by Practicing Righteousness, just as He is Righteous. I John 3:7;
and they shall prophesy (Speak the Word, confirmed by the Works of God. John 14:10.) a thousand two hundred and sixty, [1260] days (3 ½ years; the last half of Daniel’s 70th week. The Latter Day Rain. Daniel 9:27.) clothed in sackcloth. (Repentance)
All men are called to become Sons of God, but, few are chosen. This period of time is the same period of time that was given to the nations. This is the time of the Latter Day Rain, where the Spirit of Grace is poured out for anyone who wishes to walk in the power of the light. The Early Rain was at Pentecost. What we are experiencing now is the Latter Day rain. Matthew 5:45; That you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven: for He makes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. I John 3:9,10; clothed in sackcloth.(Repentance)
Romans 14:23
....whatever, is not of faith, is sin.
Love, believes God by faith, to trust Him to be obedient to all His commandments and statutes, which are His word. We can see the sin we slip into, so it takes faith to practice righteousness because, we must trust and believe God, though unseen when, He says, the sin is forgiven and washed and blotted out. We have not faith, unless, we are willing to be obedient to all He tells us to do. When we Practice Righteousness, our righteousness is not seen, so the Word says, you will know them by their fruit. (The fruit of our lips, Words)
Words Eternal and unseen
& Works Confirm
that we have understood God’s Word and believed Him putting His words into action, by trusting and Loving God, enough to obey. (You have to be inside the light to understand he mysteries [secrets]of the Kingdom everyone else, outside the light receives everything in parables. Mark 4:11;)
Abraham walked in the Spirit and was in the Light. He repented and confessed his sin and trusted and believed God.
James 2:17
Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself. 18 But someone may well say, You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works and I will show you my faith by my works.. 19 You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder, 20 But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? 22 You see that faith was working with his works, and as a result of the works, faith was perfected; 23 and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS,
God is light and in Him there is no darkness.
Sin is Darkness. Therefore, if we are not walking in the light, by confessing every, sin (Darkness) which, again is Practicing Righteousness, we are not being humble and obedient to our God and our fellowship with God is interrupted, the flow of Grace is cut off. If the flow of Grace is cut off, then our works are no longer eternal, therefore, they are no longer the works which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:10.)
Works and our works, apart from the flow of Grace,
are not eternal, dead, only temporal and
Temporal works don’t last. they get burned up.

Revelation 12:6
And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared of God, that there, they may nourish her a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
12:6 And the woman (The True Church) fled into the wilderness, (The place of choices, testing, the place of learning how to choose.)
The same pattern of strong delusion and deception is found in
Matthew 4:1-11;
Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 And when He had fasted forty (#40 is the number of testing) days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. 3 Now when the tempter (Satan) came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread." 4 But He (Jesus) answered and said, It is written, (In the Word) 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. 5 Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: 'He shall give His angels charge over you,' and, 'In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. 7 Jesus said to him, "It is written again, (Jesus) answered and said, It is written, 'You shall not tempt the Lord your God. 8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me 10 Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, (Jesus) answered and said, It is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve. 11 Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him
where she has a place (A Spiritual place of learning and testing) prepared by God, that there they (The Two witnesses) may nourish (Feed the Chosen, Spiritually, by the Latter Day Rain) her a thousand two hundred and sixty days. (1260 is the gematria, for the Sons of God. 1260 days, is 42 months and also: Time, times and a half of time; which is, 3 ½ years. These are all the same period of time. The Latter Day Rain) This is when the remnant is nourished and fed with Truth, by God, during the Latter Day Rain, which starts at the midst of the week. Daniel 9:27; In the Midst of the week, when we choose to live by faith, not by sight. (The Hebrew word # 720 meaning: week is a series of seven, from the root word # 7650: meaning to swear to confirm with an oath; [Jesus confirmed the covenant with His death, in the midst of the week. Hebrews 9:17;] to take an oath, to pledge allegiance to God. to seven oneself; Spiritually meaning to perfect oneself by practicing righteousness. II Timothy 2:20-26;)
Once we come through our wilderness experience (The place of learning, to humble us) Deuteronomy 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you, and testing you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments, or no. (The only way we can keep His commandments is by Practicing Righteousness. I John 1:5-9; 3:7,9,10; John 14:15;James 2:10; )
The time periods (Time, times and a half of a time; 1260 days; Forty-two months) all end with the same spiritual meaning: That is, Christ’s appearing. Thus, Christ is formed within us, making us a “Son of God” (1260 is the Gematria, for the SONS of God) when we see Him we will be like Him.
