For those who don't know what adrenochrome is, it is extracted from the adrenaline of children that are terrified, abused, and even killed. It's what the sick rich and powerful covet because it gives them some type of youth boost as well as a kind of high that is unmatched. I'm sure it also gives them some kind of favor with Satan who can give them money, status and whatever else.
