I feel like this comment was glossed over by almost everyone. Kanye has rightfully been questioned about his mental health over the last decade. He went on Joe Rogan with an odd, grandiose look on his face and asked, "How much would it cost to buy the whole Earth?"
And then makes a statement about sending bees out if he were in charge. Rogan responds, You know you sound crazy right now?"
So 1st, the dragon energy comment he made about himself AND TRUMP in 2018:
“You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him,” West said. “We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone."

And, "I believe my calling is to be the leader of the free world."
