How, in the current political environment, would they be able to stop men from declaring themselves women?

Or getting treatments or operations to that end?

Will those cases be exempted?

Or will there suddenly be a rash of lawsuits on this behalf?

What about women who are receiving treatment for, or have been operated upon, to change their sex?

Will they be automatically signed up?
