Seriously, Doves - there is no other explanation for this utterly bizarre behaviour. Rubbing foreheads with the pope? If Biden wasn't so evil, I would feel desperately sorry for him. He doesn't even know what planet he is on, anymore. It's frighteningly comical. There's two words I never thought would go together!
