Not all fallen angels are
chained up -- only the ones who left
their first habitation which was in
heaven and came down and entered into
women, mated with them, and their
children were giants. There were
200 fallen angels that were guilty of
this according to the book of Enoch
chapter 7 verse 9 at Chapter
7 [SECT. II.] – The Book of Enoch

Satan is a fallen angel, and
he isn't presently chained up, and won't
be until the beginning of the Lord Jesus
Christ's 1000 year reign on Earth.
The other fallen angels who aren't
chained up are mentioned in Rev. 12:7-9,
which says, "And there was war in
heaven: Michael and his angels
fought against the dragon; and the
dragon fought and his angels, And
prevailed not; neither was their place found
any more in heaven. And the great
dragon was cast out, that old serpent,
called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world: he was cast
out into the earth, and his angels were
cast out with him." This
won't happen to the great tribulation
period during the reign of the
Antichrist on Earth.
Fallen angels aren't demon
spirits either; they are supposed to be
the evil, demonic spirits of the giants
that killed each other. They perished by
mutual slaughter according to the book
of Enoch chapter 10 verses 13-14
at Chapter

Enoch chapter 15 verse 8 says, "Now the giants, who have been
born of spirit and of flesh, shall be
called upon earth evil spirits, and on
earth shall be their habitation. Evil
spirits shall proceed from their
flesh, because they were created from
above; from the holy Watchers was
their beginning and primary
foundation. Evil spirits shall they be
upon earth, and the spirits of the
wicked shall they be called. The
habitation of the spirits of heaven
shall be in heaven; but upon earth
shall be the habitation of terrestrial
spirits, who are born on

With all
this in mind, it possible that the
Aliens could be fallen angels who
could shapeshift to look like an
Aliens since angels can also
shapeshift to look like men. And
while demonic spirits known as
"devils" in the scripture can be cast
out of human beings, the Bible doesn't
say anything about casting out fallen
angels. It takes one angel to chain up
Satan, a fallen angel according to
Rev. 20:1-3, and Michael and all his
angels cast Satan and all his angels
out of heaven, but the Bible says
nothing about the Lord Jesus'
disciples being able to cast out a
fallen angel.
