The Western rhetoric continues to
escalate in the NATO vs Russia war.
News tidbits for June 17, 2024:
The Polish President "called
for Russia to be broken up into separate entities
through 'decolonization.'. His statements
echo NATO's deeper goal, the dismemberment of
Russia into several small states." The Polish
Foreign Minister said that "if Russia uses nuclear weapons
during the Ukrainian conflict, the United States will
strike Russian positions."
He also said that Rostov-on-Don should
be a "priority target as it is a key political and
military center."
Jens Stoltenberg, Secretary General
of NATO, isn't holding back with his words....he
said that the Ukrainian F-16s will be flown by NATO
pilots; and it will be a NATO Air Force in Ukraine.
The F-16s will be stationed outside of Ukraine in Poland
and Romania.
"We are very close to seeing
the first dogfights and shootdowns between the two Air
Forces, NATO and Russia.
Putin has said they will shoot down
F-16s or bomb them on the tarmacs. Because Biden
said all F-16s used in this war will have a nuclear
weapons platform. Russia won't know which ones carry
nuclear warheads and which don't - so he'll blast them
all.
Also, Stoltenberg said NATO has "plans
to place additional nuclear weapons on high alert and
enhance the transparency of its nuclear arsenal to counter
potential threats from Russia and China." He also
said NATO could remove missiles from storage and put them
on standby.

I guess announcing all of NATO's plans
and which countries have what and are doing what is part
of their new "transparency".
Looks like NATO has plans to take on
Russia and China.
Neither side is giving in or backing
down. So this will continue to escalate. The
world is on a nuclear knife edge...one slip up, on too
many red lines crossed....
