Hello John and Doves,
Relations with Russia are rapidly deteriorating -
Russian warships, a Russian nuclear sub and Russian bombers
will be in Cuba next week for 'war games'. June 12 -
June 17 is the date reported. We do not know if they
are carrying nuclear weapons - Cuba says no. Russia
did not notify the Pentagon of this exercise off our
coast. A short time ago, a NOTAM was declared for
Russian 'missile testing' off the coast of Baja,
California. Now this in the Caribbean with Cuba.
Putin's probably way past tired of the West - using Ukraine
as a proxy in war against Russia. And has officially
named the U.S. an enemy of the Russian Federation.
Heads up for the week of June 12 - 17. June 12
is Shavuot (Feast of Weeks/Feast of Harvest/Pentecost) on
the chabad calendar. June 16 is Aaron's date for
Shavuot, based on his calculations.
U.S. Is
Officially An Enemy of the Russian Federation:
To further show
this deterioration -
Russian
War Ships and Bombers to Cuba and Venezuela:
"In a show of
force perhaps prompted by President Biden's authorization of
Ukrainian strikes inside Russia using US weapons, a group of
Russian warships is en route to the Caribbean, a senior US
official told...the Miami Herald. White House officials
alerted members of Congress to the Russian move on Wednesday."
"CBS News
reports that long-range Russian bombers will rendezvous with
the ships for combined naval and air maneuvers." (Russia
conducted similar maneuvers in 2019)
It was reported
that Russia did not notify the U.S. of these upcoming
maneuvers.
The Cuban
government announced on June 6 (the anniversary of D-Day) that
"A group of Russian naval ships, including a nuclear-powered
submarine, will visit Cuba next week as part of "historically
friendly relations".
"The Russian
"frigate Gorshokov, the nuclear-powered submarine Kazan, the
fleet oil tanker Pashin, and the rescue tug Nikolai Chiker"
will visit the port of Havana between June 12 and 17,
according to the Cuban Revolutionary Armed Forces in a
statement published by the Foreign Ministry."
I don't know how
long these Russian vessels have been in the Caribbean area,
but Putin on June 5 "warned that Russia might
provide long-range weapons (to their allies) to strike Western
targets if NATO allies allow Ukraine to use their arms against
Russian territory...He said that allowing Ukraine to use
NATO-supplied weapons against Russia would mark direct Western
involvement in the war."
War News is also
reporting on this: "Russian warships and a least one
nuclear-powered submarine along with strategic bombers are
being deployed off the US coast, according to US
officials. The Russian warships will head to Cuba and
Venezuela and after the exercises are complete, they will
remain in the region until the end of the summer to conduct
new exercises in the fall. It is noted that Russia did
not warn Washington about these exercises and this military
development seems to have a permanent basis."
"The US
Navy is trying to determine whether Russian warships and
submarines are carrying nuclear missiles or carrying a
"special cargo" to Cuba and Venezuela."
"From June 12 to
June 17, 2024, an official visit to the port of Havana will be
made by a group of ships of the Russian Navy, consisting of
four vessels."
"CBS News cites
a US official as saying long-range strategic bombers will also
take part in the exercises....The US interprets it as a
response to US support for Ukraine and the intensification of
US exercises with NATO allies, notes CBS News."
"Russia is
reportedly sending the 22350 Admiral Gorshkov-class frigate
carrying Zircon supersonic missiles, the Yasen-M Kazan-class
nuclear powered submarine, the Akademik Pashin tanker and the
Nikolai Chiker rescue tug." The Gorshkov frigate
"carries Zircon, Kalibr and Oniks cruise missiles, as well as
Otvet anti-submarine missiles." The Kazan class
submarine is "powered by a 4th generation KTP-6 nuclear
reactor. The submarine is said to be the quietest in the
Russian fleet."...it carries 10 vertical missile launchers and
can carry "from 40 to 50 cruise missiles type 3M14K
(SS-N-30A). This kind of sub "can attack coastal targets
such as naval bases and ports." "To strike enemy ships,
Yasen-class submarines carry Onik missiles with a range of 320
nautical miles." For land attacks, these subs carry
"Kalibr missiles with a range of 1,600 nautical miles (2,963.2
km). These subs can "also fire 3M22 Zircon supersonic
missiles against ships and land targets" - range of 1,000 km
and speeds of Mach 8.
The US Army's
Northcom Force General Glen VanHerc told the Senate Armed
Services Committee that Russia has "deployed the Yasen in the
Pacific. Now not only in the Atlantic, but we have them
in the Pacific..." The Institute of Naval Studies of
Russia at the Naval War College of the U.S. announced that "For
the first time in Russian history, the Russian Navy can
threaten a European coast or in some cases even the
continental US with extremely high-precision weapons."
US Naval
Intelligence said the Yasen subs are the quietest of Russia's
subs and are "among the most capable submarines in the
world." One of these subs was "floating in the
Atlantic in 2018 for weeks and the US could not find it."
"Are the Russian
telling the truth? Why is there no official announcement
from Moscow? Is it just these ships or are there other
Russian submarines in the area?"
Important
questions - and I doubt we'll get the answers 'in time' or an
answer whether there are nuclear weapons on board or a
"special payload". The Russian bombers come into
question also. Not that long ago, there was a NOTAM for
Russians off the coast of Baja, California. That's
awfully close to our Pacific Coast. And now we'll have
Russians off the coast of Florida!
For some time,
many here on Doves have written letters about the Ukraine war,
US policy towards Russia, the endless funding of Ukraine with
money, ammo, etc. And the US has been behind the
sending, and 'handling' of advanced equipment and weapons in
Ukraine. It's probably our GPS that is guiding Ukraine
attacks into Russia. It's probably our people flying in
the drones 1200 kilometers into Russia. And Russia knows
Ukraine does not have the satellites to do some of what they
are doing - Putin is very much aware that Ukraine is just a
proxy for the U.S. So is Putin putting actions to his
threat - arming Cuba and Venezuela with long-range missiles to
use against the U.S.? Maybe even nuclear weapons?
And the U.S.
does not have anti-missile missiles guarding our southern
horizon. We have some in Alaska -for 'over the time'
launches.
We've seen 'war
exercises' go live before. And the West has really been
pushing Putin's buttons of late!
June 12 - June
17 is the given dates - June 12 is Shavuot (Feast of
Weeks/Feast of Harvest/Pentecost) on the chabad
calendar. June 16 is Aaron's date for Shavuot, based on
his calculations.
Interesting
timing....
Pray for the
peace of Jerusalem!
Maranatha!
