This 12-minute video is the first of two Q&A sessions with Professor Jeffrey Sachs, recorded on June 12, 2023 at a peace event in Vienna. Dr. Sachs explains why NATO did not allow neutrality to become a solution for Ukraine and why the alliance is seeking to expand into the Indo-Pacific region. The warmongering of western institutions continues.
