Who knows what to believe anymore. The Wagner lot were advancing on Moscow......and now, they're not. Is this a red herring to falsely portray Russia and Putin as being weak and out of control? Or is it a ploy to fool NATO and the USA? Or is it simply the result of the chaos of evil and war?
