When satan is bound for 1000 years and then is released for a short period to deceive the nations Rev 20:3.  How long is this shortened period for?  Could those days be the same number of days that the tribulation was shortened, so that flesh would survive?  If this is the case, then we should be able to subtract them from the end of the seven year tribulation and add them to the end of the thousand year reign of Christ.  This would still have the full 7000 years or 7 days of creation.  Jesus is the one who said that these tribulation days would be shortened, yet they have to have the full number of days for Daniel's count of days.  This wouldn't change the day the rapture happens.
