"One of the EU's stated priorities as part of its 2019-2024 five-year plan is to create a "Digital Identity for all Europeans."   "Personal digital wallet" would include national ID cards, birth certificates, medical certificates, vaccine records, and driver's licenses.

THEY make it sound like such a good and necessary thing for our well-being.

 

This is for control of the populations and forced vaccinations.
