Reflections on this year's Pentecost.
Hello John and Doves,
For three months now, I have been bringing articles at Five Doves about the fact that the day of the wedding of the Lord Jesus with the church is revealed to us in the Scriptures. I know of only one day on which the Bible speaks the rapture will occur, and that is the day of the feast of Pentecost. Since this day, July 19, is approaching very quickly, I bring a short reflection.
My intention was not to just bring some date that I would claim without evidence that it is the right day of the rapture, but during the period of April, May and June I kept bringing detailed teachings in Five Doves about the wedding day, which according to the Scriptures will fall on the feast of Pentecost. I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to think about this teaching for themselves with the Scriptures in their hands and decide for themselves whether they want to believe it or not. This is what the Christians in Beroea did in their time. I personally believe that it is important to know the day of the rapture from the Scriptures and to prepare in our hearts for that specific day. It's not just about one verse from Matthew 24:36, which is misinterpreted and based on that verse many keep repeating that we cannot know the day of the rapture, but about dozens of places from Scripture that speak of the fact that on just the contrary it is very necessary to know the day of the rapture and to prepare well for it.
From the Scriptures we know that in every age it was true that the one who truly loved God and had the fear of God wanted to do His will revealed in His word. Not only to hear or read what God commands, but also to fulfill it. We know the teaching about the two men, someone built a house on the sand and the other on the rock. The one who built on the rock not only heard the Word of God, but also lived and did it.
To watch on that day is not at all difficult for someone who perceives it from the Scriptures as I do, but if someone thinks that it is not necessary, so he won't be watch. However, I believe that it is necessary to watch in the way that I previously taught about it from the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke and that this is what the true biblical expectation of that day which was revealed to us. Because I believe with all my heart that God has chosen to reveal to us in Scripture the day of the rapture, I will be watching on July 19th, whether the rapture happens or not. This act of faith is to honor the God who has revealed that day in His Word. I encourage you to reread all the articles listed here so that you can make the right decision for yourself regarding this very important day for the waiting bride.
I believe that the rapture will take place on July 19th of this year. God also confirmed this day to us with one specific earthquake and also by doing amazing sign in the Sun, Moon and stars.
