WHY NO ANGEL CAN CALL HIMSELF A BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD

Hi Donna,

You said:  "The angels are the sons of God in Genesis 6:2 & 6:4, but are not begotten sons of God like us believers, and not the begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ."

The Bible says that the angels are "ministering spirits" who minister to the *heirs of salvation (*sons of God) but are not heirs (themselves).  So the angels can't be both.
"Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"  (The heirs of salvation are humans who need salvation due to being a descendant of Adam's sin seed.  This leaves out the angels entirely.  They are only ministering spirits and God's messengers.)
There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came John 1:12 - "But as many as received Him (for what?  Salvation), to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:" (Needing salvation implies being a descendent of the sin seed of Adam.  The angels don't qualify as the good angels don't need saving and the bad ones can't be saved, but are instead locked up in Hell in chains of darkness waiting for Judgment Day.  Jude 1:6 & 2 Peter 2:4)
A Jewish scholar pointed out that in Genesis 6:4 it says the giants were already here before the sons of God came:  "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came..."  This means the sons of God did not create the giants.
"To which of the angels said He (God) at any time, thou art My son...?"  This means He has never called angels His son(s) and never will - not in Heaven or here on Earth.  Either the Bible says what it means or it doesn't.  That means the "sons of God" in Genesis 6:2 were not angels.  The Jewish Talmud says the "sons of God" were the remaining righteous sons of Adam after he died who went down into the valley where murderous Cain and his descendants lived, who saw his daughters were beautiful and ended up intermarrying with them, against Adam's wishes.  I suspect that is why the children born from that mix were "reknown," since they were descended from the last of Adam's initial family.
Job 38:7 - "When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy?"

Some try to claim that the "sons of God" in Job 38:7 were angels.  However, since angels have never been called "sons of God" and never will be, then what God said to Jeremiah in Chapter 1 vs. 5, means we existed with God before coming to Earth.  God foreknew us before Creation.  By coming to Earth we inherited Adam's sin seed, so we have had to receive Jesus blood for salvation to be restored as the "sons of God."  This would explain why numerous people have claimed that before they came to Earth God let them pick who would be their parents.

In this life we know in part, but when we get to Heaven and share the mind of Jesus, we will know everything.  So, though we may disagree on some things now in this life, we have the assurance that soon we will be back in Heaven with Jesus and have perfect knowledge.  That to me is exciting.

p.s. Since you've already made your position known I'll spare you the time and trouble of preparing a response; you don't need to respond.  I just felt that readers to this question needed to hear the other side of the story.
