Although there will have been so many people already perished by the time of the 7th vial of wrath, there will no doubt be a great number perishing as a result of the 7th vial.

There will be survivors, as the entire world will not be dead as Jesus returns, but those survivors will probably be suffering:

Revelation 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

  18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

  19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

  20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

  21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Survivors, who may have been hurt by the giant hailstones, would be suffering broken and crushed bones, and many lacerations, with significant loss of blood.

Survivors of the earthquake will either be crawling out from under the rubble, or still be trapped, unable to crawl out, yet most will likely be hurt, much like those from the hail.

The current situation in Venezuela vividly shows what this devastation could be like, injured survivors amongst the dead, many trapped under rubble, infections, disease, without food and water.

However, the 7th vial appears to be a global disaster, ("the cities of the nations fell", and "every island fled away").

It appears that this may occur immediately preceding Jesus' return to the earth.

When Jesus returns, we will return with him, in our resurrected bodies.

Will we possibly, at that time, be given the ability to heal, as the seventy had been?

Luke 10:1 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

  9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

If so, will we still be upon those horses, and possibly sent by Jesus to go to all parts of the earth, to find, heal, and feed the survivors, telling them that the Lord Jesus has returned?

Will we help in the setting up of shelters from the elements?

Will we help the beginning of rebuilding of towns, cities, and restoring farmland?

Will we help in judicial matters?

Will any of the survivors be those who took the mark of the beast during the tribulation?

If so, will they be brought to Jerusalem to stand before Jesus, or will they put to death on the spot, or will they be incarcerated until they die?

Of the other survivors, who had not taken the mark of the beast, will many still not yet have believed on Jesus?

Will we tell them by the gospel, what Jesus has done for them? And that he has returned to rule the world in righteousness?

For those that had believed on Jesus during the tribulation, will we tell them to rejoice, that their King and Saviour has returned?

Then when it comes time for the judgment of the sheep and goat nations, Matthew 25, will all the survivors of each nation be brought to Jerusalem for that?

Or will survivors who had been part of that particular nation's leadership, police, ex-military, etc., be brought as representing their nation, to Jerusalem?

It appears that judgment will be focusing on how those nations treated the Jews during the tribulation, not unlike the Nuremberg trials following the holocaust.

After that, will we help bring people from that particular nation to Jerusalem for the feast of tabernacles, in the fall?

Will we continue to help, in whatever place that Jesus will have possibly sent us to, for the remainder of the kingdom?
