How exactly does he do it?

II Corinthians 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

It doesn't say that they were born with blind minds.

Nor does it say that he is continuously blinding the minds of them that believe not.

It says that he "hath blinded" their minds.

So, are they born with their minds not blinded, but at some point in their lives he blinds their minds?

Does he somehow insulate them against the gospel, to hinder the gospel from reaching their minds?

Were each of us who believe in Jesus, prior to believing, also with minds blinded by him, but thank the LORD, the gospel got to us, we believed, and were saved?

So, I was wondering, how exactly does the devil blind the minds?

Does he use various means? Family, friends, school curriculum, books, radio, tv, FaceBook, youtube, TicTok? 

Does he use gazillions of under-devils to help with this?

Could AI end up to be a useful tool for this?

Is it a form of brainwashing? Is it a complete worldview, which appears to answer basic questions, but with lies?

Does it present another god & another "way to heaven"?

Does it even present another "Jesus" for those who grew up in "Christian homes", and went to some kind of church?

It says hath blinded, so how long did it take to blind the minds?
