(What I find distressing about this is that the U.S. taxpayers have to pay for the monetary settlements of people being sexually harassed by U.S. federal government employees when it should come out of their own pockets in my opinion, and there is no record of any U.S. federal gov't employee repaying the money that taxpayers doled out in monetary settlements for these sinners' transgressions.)
