Isaiah
14:12-14 tells us that about
Lucifer (Satan) who is fallen from
heaven because of the sin of pride
because he wanted to be like God.
And Job 1:6 tells how Satan came
among the sons of God (angels)
when they came to present
themselves to the Lord. Job 1:7
says, "And the
LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest
thou? Then Satan answered the
LORD, and
said, From
going to and froin
the earth, and from walking up
and down in it." Satan
again becomes before
the LORD in Job. 2:1- and says
the same thing These verses
indicate that Satan is not
chained up to the great
of
judgment like the other angels
in Jude 1:6 who left their first
estate. Jude 1:7 says, "Even
as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the
cities about them in
like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are
set forth for an
example, suffering the
vengeance of
eternal fire." Sodom
and Gomorrha and the cities
about
them
in like manner (of those now
chained up angels) gave
themselves over to
fornication, and went after
strange flesh. The men in
Sodom fornicated with other
men instead of women while
the angels fornicated with
the daughters of men. The
angels were immortal beings
and weren't supposed to have
sex with women just like the
men of Sodom and Gomorrah
were not supposed to have
sex with other men. So
Satan is not chained up with
these 200 angels who had sex
with women according to the
book of Enoch 6:1-8 &
7:1-2 at Enoch
1-16 The Fallen Angels Enoch
1-16 The Fallen Angels and
in Genesis 6:1-2. He is able to go
to and fro in the earth and
present himself to the Lord in
heaven. So Satan still has a place
in heaven, and has not been
permanently cast out of heaven
with his angels just yet. The war
in heaven between Michael and his
angels and Satan and his angels is
a future event described in
Rev.
12:7-9.
The
book of Revelation of Jesus
Christ given by God to Him
which the Apostle John wrote
it down described future
events and was written in
about 70 A.D. after Jesus was
resurrected from the dead and
ascended into heaven. One of
these future events was the
war in heaven between Michael
and his angels and Satan and
his angels. Rev. 12:7-9
says,
"And there
was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any
more in
heaven. And the
great dragon was cast
out, that
old serpent, called the
Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he
was cast out into the earth, and his angels were
cast out with
him." Satan & his
angels had a place in
heaven, and now they
will not have a place
any
more in
heaven after the war
with Michael and his
angels which indicates
that they are
permanently cast out of
heaven
onto the
Earth.
When
are they cast from
heaven down to the
Earth? This takes place
at the beginning of the
great tribulation period
of 1,260 days or 3 1/2
years during the
Antichrist's reign in
Jerusalem of 1,260
days. Rev.
12:12-14 says, "Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye
that dwell in them. Woe to
the inhabiters of
the earth and of
the sea! for the devil is
come down unto you, having great wrath, because
he knoweth that he
hath but
a short time. And when the dragon saw that he
was cast unto the earth, he
persecuted the woman which brought
forth the man child. And to
the woman were
given two wings of
a great eagle, that she
might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she
is nourished for
a time, and times, and half a
time, from the
face of
the serpent."
This 3 1/2
years or 1,260
days
is the short
time Satan has
to persecute the
woman (Israel)
until the Lord
Jesus' return to
Earth at which
time Satan is
chained up in
the bottomless
pit for 1,000
years. The
short time that
Satan has to
persecute the
woman (Israel)
is not 6,000
years ago at the
time of creation
or whenever he
first fell from
heaven because
of his sin of
wanting to be
like God because
the Israelites
were not yet in
the land of
Israel at that
time. Also
consider the
fact that if the
fallen angel
Satan and his
angels were
chained up with
those 200 other
angels until the
great day of
judgment, he
wouldn't be able
to persecute the
woman (Israel)
during the great
tribulation
period nor would
he have to be
chained up for
1,000 years
until the great
white throne
judgment.
Ephesians
6:12 says, "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of
the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places." This
verse is
referring to
Satan and
his hierarchy,
his fallen
angels in
heaven along
with demons
already on
Earth that are
the
principalities,
powers, &
rulers of the
darkness of
this world who
we believers
are wrestling
against.
We know
from Rev. 12:4
that
Satan took 1/3 of the
stars (angels) when he
originally fell (Rev. 12: 4) so
Satan and 1/3 of the angels will
be permanently cast out of
heaven and down onto the Earth
by Michael & his angels.
How many fallen angels
will be cast out of heaven along
with Satan? We know that God,
the Father has more than 12
legions of angels because Jesus
said in Matthew
26:53, "Thinkest thou that
I
cannot
now
pray
to
my Father,
and
he
shall presently give me
more
than
twelve
legions
of angels?" So there
are at least 12 legions of
angels that
are not under the command of
Satan, and during Roman times a
legion was composed of about
5,500 men according to the
article at The Roman
Army: Key Concepts which
means 12 legions x 5,500 angels
= at least 66,000 angels that
are with Michael, the archangel,
that will be fighting against
Satan and his angels which means
Satanhas at least
33,000 fallen angels representing
1/3 of 99,000 angels with 66,000
angels as the 2/3 of the angels left
under Michael's command.
