Trump describes Texas as a "Giant wave that even the best surfers would be afraid to surf". This sounded like another one of those comments showing what he may know is coming. There was definite flooding and troubled waters in TX, but not a typical wave that a surfer sees--odd. A tsunami however would fit the description.
