How to prepare so I won't be left behind on the day of the rapture
Hello John and Doves,
Dear brothers and sisters, I bring the last contribution regarding the day of the rapture, the day that the Father Himself perfectly reveals to us in His Word. For three and a half months now, I have been bringing a teaching every week at Doves about the feast of Pentecost, on which God the Father planned the rapture of the church, which is clearly written in many places in the Bible. I know that there is much opposition to this teaching, but this teaching is exclusively and very thoroughly documented by Scripture. Only tradition prevents Christians from being able to see from Scripture that wonderful day of the feast of Pentecost, which God has designated as the wedding day of His Son with the bride - the church.
Different people have taught that the rapture will occur on different dates during the summer. We know that the rapture did not occur on July 23rd and never can occur because this date is not supported by Scripture. Some expect the rapture to occur on the 9th of Av, but this date is also based on human imagination and has nothing to do with Scripture. Just a note on this date: the attack on Israel began on 10/7/2023 and the war has been ongoing since that date. If we add 666 days to 10/7/2023, we arrive at 8/3/2025, which is 9th of Av. It is quite clear here that this date will bring a rather fundamental escalation of the conflict, as indicated by the 666 days since its beginning. Do you really think that God would perform the most glorious event of the resurrection and rapture of the church to heaven on such a date? The church will already be raptured before this date, so the escalation on 9th of Av is quite possible, considering that many tragic events have occurred on this day in the history of Israel.
The Rapture according to Scripture will occur on the 5th of Av, which is on our calendar from the evening of the 29th to the evening of the 30th of July 2025. The 6th of Av is also considered, but only with a very small probability. These dates are explained in detail in the articles listed on Doves two or three weeks ago. For a very long time, as I mentioned above, I have been giving regular teachings on the feast of Pentecost at Doves and they can be traced back. Given the proximity of the day of the feast of Pentecost, I recommend reading the articles very quickly if you have not done so yet.
From Scripture it is revealed to us how important it is to separate the day of the feast of Pentecost - 5th of Av from other ordinary days, because Scripture indicates that the rapture of the church will take place on that feast day. Therefore, it is necessary to expect and watch this entire day in a completely different way than the usual long-term expectation and ordinary watchfulness. This topic was taught in detail at Doves last Sunday. Of course, in order to be able to wait and watch in the way the Bible teaches us, we must have that day clearly revealed in Scripture. I will briefly add to last week's teaching. In Luke 12:37,38 it is written: "37 Blessed are those servants whom the master finds watching when he comes. Truly I say to you, he will gird himself, and make them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. 38 And if he comes in the second or third watch and finds them so, blessed are those servants." In verse 37 it is said that blessed are those servants whom the Lord Jesus finds watching when he comes. So this watch refers directly to the day of the Lord's coming for the bride. This is not a regular watch over a longer period of time. This kind of watchfulness is very important so that we can respond immediately when the Lord comes for His bride.
Mark also speaks of the importance of preparing for that specific day of the Lord's coming. Mark 13:35-37: "35 Therefore watch, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or at dawn. 36 Lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. 37 But what I say to you, I say to all, stay awake" Here it is clearly revealed that this watchfulness refers to only one specific day. Here he is speaking clearly of the specific day of the Lord's coming, and Lord warns us so that he doesn't find us sleeping. This corresponds with the story of the left behind bride in the Song of Songs, which was taught in detail last Sunday.
The disciples also stayed awake all night and day on the day of Pentecost. They were all together in the upper room, knowing on what day the Holy Spirit would be poured out on them.
I urge you again to read all the teachings given in previous articles so that you understand why it is necessary to watch on the day of Pentecost that you do not experience the same thing as the bride in the 5th chapter of the Song of Songs, who was not watchful and therefore was left behind. Therefore, do not let yourselves be seduced any longer by false dates that are present by men and in their wisdom they are constantly pushing out human ideas and various unscriptural combinations. It will not benefit you if many people teach you things that are not in line with the Bible, e.g., we cannot know the day of the rapture, Pentecost is in the spring, and Pentecost is already filled with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. If you will believe these servants, you will constantly be led outside the Scriptures and it can very easily happen to you that on the very day of the feast of Pentecost you will not be prepared to watch in the way that the Scriptures teach us.
If a person misses the right day, no other opportunity to be caught up to the wedding of the Lamb will be given. I believe that each of us is well aware of this. I appeal to us, let us prepare for the day of Pentecost and on this day, in our hearts, let us gird up our loins, put on our shoes, and take our staff in our hands, so that we may be ready to go to our Lord Jesus as soon as He comes for us on that day. Let us watch just as the disciples watched on the day of Pentecost in the upper room in Jerusalem. I am looking forward to the most dramatic and exciting day of my life, which is very, very near and I believe that you are looking forward to it too.
