"TO MIKE P. & OTHER DOVES:   IS RECARNATION ACTUALLY HELL? NO"

There are 54 verses about Hell in the Bible according to all the Bible verses listed at KJV Search Results for "hell" and Jesus talks about it enough, and describes it as follows:

Mark 9:43-48, "And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched."

Based on the above verses alone reincarnation with the soul going into another body after death is not Hell because the body with the same reincarnated soul is not living or existing in a fire that is not quenched. It would be living in a body that is alive on Earth which is not a description of Hell according to Jesus.

According to Matthew 10:28 Jesus also stated, "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

Only the Lord can destroy both soul and body in Hell (Lake of Fire) in the above verse is after the Great White Throne judgment when all the dead are resurrected in their mortal bodies to face judgment. Those whose names are not in the book of Life are cast into the lake of fire where Satan, the Anti-Christ (beast) and the False Prophet are.

Also consider this fact, if there really was something as reincarnation, there would be a lot of dead bodies with no souls in them resurrected from the dead at the Great White Throne judgment because the "one" soul would have lived countless lives in countless mortal bodies and would still be alive in a living person's body. The Bible also doesn't say the Lord will destroy the one soul and it's countless bodies in the Lake of Fire. He is going to destroy the soul (singular) and the body (singular) in the Lake of Fire.
