Some people think the head wound was being president then not being president and then being president again which could apply to Obama if he returns to power or Trump if he wins the election. Keep in mind the rapture happens at the last "Trump's" if the Bible passage is referring to a physical head wound, the assassination attempt could fulfill that possibly.
