Revelation 8:7 The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.

Hail can be very devastating, even by itself, as often seen, here, in west Texas.

However, what would be the terrifying effect to see fire coming down with that hail?

How many things would catch on fire? Would the people caught outside be burned, and then pelted to death by the hail?

Would cars, trucks, and gas stations explode or burst into flames? What about all the oil wells, gas plants, and refineries?

Panicked mothers screaming, and desperately trying to get their children to safety.

Where would people flee? Fire outside coming down from above, and buildings, inside, burning as a result of the same.

Farmers, cattlemen, and cattle caught in the fields as fire comes down, and as roaring walls of fire sweep across those fields.

And if that terror wasn’t enough, in addition to the hail and fire, there is also blood coming down upon them.

In our days, no one wants to come near, nor especially touch, blood, without wearing the proper PPE.

There will be no time to find, and don, the necessary PPE, blood will suddenly be coming down from above.

Blood will be all over the sides of buildings & vehicles, on windows, doors, and all over the street, sidewalks, and ground.

Worse than that, the blood will be all over the people outside, their hair, clothes, and faces.

The utter terror and panic over contacting all that blood, will be unbearable, along with the burning fire!

Wouldn't this be similar to, but far worse than, what happened in Egypt?

Psalms 18:13 The LORD also thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice; hail stones and coals of fire.

Psalms 105:32 He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.

Lamentations 4:14 They have wandered as blind men in the streets, they have polluted themselves with blood, so that men could not touch their garments.

Ezekiel 14:19 Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast:

The results of this plague seem to be very severe:

Revelation 8:7b  and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up. 

So much for earth day, or the green new deal, or gaia, or mother earth worship.

If they were concerned about CO₂, before, then after these trees and grass are burned, less CO₂ will be turned back to O₂.

The LORD, in his mercy, doesn’t burn up all the trees, although a full third of them are burned up, worse than California in 2020.

Now, it doesn’t explicitly say that this is totally worldwide, or localized to a certain area.

However, with the next plague, the wording may indicate that the plagues are not necessarily worldwide.

Those who consider evolution, doubt that Jesus actually made all the trees and green grass on the third day:

Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

Now, the same creator, Jesus, who made the trees and grass in one day, destroys them in one day.
