I was sent a link to an article about someone calling for the destruction of all Jesus statues and stained glass images of Jesus.

To which I responded:

It is sad that a wicked, communist-anarchist is the only one doing what should have been done, long ago, similar to:

Numbers 33:52 Then ye shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and destroy all their pictures, and destroy all their molten images, and quite pluck down all their high places:

Those religious statues of Jesus, and pictures of Jesus, including stained glass ones,

should never have been allowed in the early years on this continent, in the first place,

then there would not have been a need for any iconoclastic wars, like in Switzerland,

but that never happened here, anyway,

so this wicked man is doing, for totally the wrong reasons, what should have been done, long ago.

Then, we should not have allowed idols and goddess worship to come to our shores:

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

  36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

II Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

So, why did a predominantly Christian nation, at the time, allow France to send us a giant copper image of the goddess of liberty?

Yet, whenever I had ever lusted after pictures of women, were they not then images of goddesses, sex goddesses, to me?

Which I thus, then worshipped, in rebellion to the LORD?

So, apparently I've been an idolater, living amongst a nation of idolaters.

So, shouldn't I have been rather praying like Daniel & Jeremiah?

Daniel 9:5 We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments:

  9 To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses, though we have rebelled against him;

Jeremiah 14:20 We acknowledge, O LORD, our wickedness, and the iniquity of our fathers: for we have sinned against thee.
