As believers we are heirs with Christ but not all share in His glory or inherit all the promises. Not all are His bride.

For God's Spirit joins with our spirit to affirm that we are God’s children.

And since we are His children, we are His heirs. In fact, together with Christ..... we are heirs of God’s glory.

"BUT..... IF WE ARE TO SHARE HIS GLORY," (not a given)... we must ALSO share HIS suffering. (Romans 8:16,17)

Our great "desire"... is that you will "keep on loving others" as long as life lasts.... "in order to make certain".... that what you hope for will come true. (not for all - not a given)

THEN.... you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent.

Instead, you will follow the example of those.... (not a given) "who are going to inherit God’s promises"..... BECAUSE of their faith AND... endurance. (until the end) Hebrews 6:11,12
