"RE: F.M. Riley: Am I one of them?"

Pastor Riley,
	Am I one of them?
Am I a false teacher?
Do I speak "satan's lies"?
I certainly hope not.
To believe and agree on the fundamental doctrines is a good thing.
Can professing Christians believe and teach these fundamental doctrines similarly?
What if the Christians believe the same regarding:
the inerrancy and preservation of the Holy Ghost inspired word of God
the Deity of the Lord Jesus
	the Trinity
	the incarnation of Jesus
	the virgin birth of Jesus
	the blood atonement
	the resurrection of Jesus
	the ascension of Jesus
the current high priesthood of Jesus
	the great commission
salvation by grace through faith, and not of works
the church, the body of Christ
	believers' baptism
	the blessed hope
	heaven
	hell
second advent of the Lord Jesus
	final judgment
	lake of fire
So, if the professing Christians believe the same, and agree on, those above mentioned doctrines,
but possibly differ on explaining prophetic passages,
would that guarantee that some of them are false teachers and liars,
also that they are on the brink of imminent destruction?
How could false teachers of Satan's lies then continue to teach sound doctrine on all the other points mentioned?
If they are Satan's liars, then wouldn't their bad fruit also manifest, at least a little,
in their teachings of the above mentioned fundamental doctrines?
I have loved reading the sermons of some preachers of the past.
Yet some had a slightly different eschatological understanding of some prophetic passages, than others do, today.
Should they also then be considered false teachers, liars, who taught Satan's lies?
If so, then how could so many of their other sermons seem to line up with sound doctrine and have such powerful affect?
Many people came to believe on Jesus under their preaching,
and many lives changed for the better under their preaching.
Yet regarding their understanding of some prophetic passages,
all their "i"s were not dotted the same as some today, nor were all their "t"s crossed the same.
For many years, I also have believed, and taught, the fundamental doctrines mentioned above.
My understanding and beliefs, regarding those doctrines, line up with independent, fundamental Baptists.
Yet, I have recently wondered, and asked questions regarding the possible different understandings of Daniel 9:27.
That was after 40 years of believing and teaching it the same way as you have explained it.
Have I then only recently become one of Satan's liars,
or have I always been child of the devil, deceived into thinking that was saved,
and then only now, 40 years later, exposed as a child of hell, by asking questions about Daniel 9:27?
