"JOHN, THE REVELATOR, SAW THE RAPTURE HAPPEN"

JOHN, THE REVELATOR, SAW THE RAPTURE HAPPEN IN A PROPHETIC VISION AND WROTE ABOUT WHAT HE SAW........................

The following two Scriptures are Jesus talking to John after he was called to heaven:

Revelation 1:19

"Write the things which will take place AFTER THIS."

Revelation 4:1

"I will show you things which must take place AFTER THIS."

The word "overcame" is a past-tense word describing A COMPLETED ACTION.  It appears  ONLY TWICE in the Book of Revelation. BOTH times it is speaking of how to obtain heaven.

It is first used in Revelation 3:21 where Jesus uses the word "overcame" to describe THE COMPLETED ACTION Jesus took to obtain His right to sit on the throne in heaven with the Father, and then Jesus also describes WHAT COMPLETED ACTION is required for everyone else who wishes to enter heaven and sit with Him on His throne :

Revelation 3:21

"To Him who overcomes I will grant the right to sit with Me on My throne AS I OVERCAME and sat down with My Father on His throne."

The second time the word "overcame" appears in the Book of Revelation is where John, the Revelator, witnesses it happening and describes THE RAPTURE of the Body of Christ Church in :

Revelation 12:10-12

"I heard a loud voice (OF GOD) saying in heaven, NOW IS COME SALVATION  (ie. the rapture), and strength, and the Kingdom of our God, and THE POWER OF HIS CHRIST  because the accuser of OUR BRETHREN is cast down. THEY  ( the brethren Church)  OVERCAME   him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony,  and they loved not their lives unto death. "

AFTER the rapture of the brethren church John then heard the loud voice ( OF GOD ) speaking in heaven to the recently raptured Body of Christ Church now dwelling in heaven just before He speaks to the recently left-behind still dwelling on the earth:

Revelation 12:12

"Therefore rejoice ye heavens, AND YOU THAT DWELL IN THEM. Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea for FOR THE DEVIL IS COME DOWN TO YOU   having great wrath..."

John is writing about what he observes happening in heaven which results in two distinct groups ; one group rejoicing while dwelling in heaven after the rapture, and the other group left-behind on the earth to dwell  in the presence of the devil.  If that is not a description of the rapture please tell me what event John is describing .

According to Your Word, come Lord Jesus !
