Hello John and Doves,
Things are getting
more and more interesting....now we have this flurry
going on between NATO/the U.S. and Russia over Russia's
new missile system that NATO and the U.S. says violates
the INF agreement. And the U.S. is trying to prevent
Turkey from getting the Russian S-400 anti-missile
system. Neither Russia nor Turkey are happy about
this. Just more things going on to push for war.
"NATO defense
ministers will hold talks on Wednesday (6/26/19) over
their next move if Russia doesn't destroy a new missile
system that could allow for short-notice nuclear attacks
throughout Europe..according to Reuters." "On
Monday, Russia responded - warning of an ongoing
standoff comparable to the 1962 Cuban missile crisis
if the United States deploys land-based missile systems
near Russian border." (Is that a hint that they
may move this missile system to Cuba?)
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-06-25/nato-tells-russia-destroy-new-missile-or-face-consequences
"NATO said Tuesday that Russia must destroy a new
missile system that the U.S. claims to be in
violation of
a Cold War-era nuclear-arms treaty or face
consequences."
"The U.S. and its NATO
allies have demanded Moscow give up the 9M729/SSC-8
nuclear capable cruise-missile system by August....The
treaty bans either country from possessing land-based
nuclear and non-nuclear missiles with a range between
310 and 3,410 miles. The U.S. will officially
withdraw from the deal on August 2 if negotiations fall
through. "We call on Russia to take the
responsible path, but we have seen no indication that
Russia intends to do so," said NATO secretary-general
Jens Stoltenberg. "We will need to respond."
"That response could
include flying U.S. warplanes capable of carrying
nuclear weapons over Europe as well as re-positioning
U.S. sea-based missiles. "All options are on the
table, but we are looking at conventional systems.
That's important for our European allies to know," U.S.
Ambassador to NATO Kay Bailey Hutchison told reporters."
Russia says the U.S.
demand to destroy these missiles is unacceptable to
them.
The experts are wondering why Russia
would develop and deploy a missile with such a short
range...as Russian missile systems cover all of
Western Europe already and firing one of these from
Siberia could only reach Los Angeles.
Globalsecurity.org reports that "Neither of these
coverage areas seem particularly interesting, so the
new missile may simply represent unbridled technological
exuberance, or complete indifference to the musty INF
Treaty."
I really doubt Russia
is going to waste money on a redundant missile system or
on a missile system that appears to the West as
'technological exuberance."
Maybe this system is
designed to hit Israel or other Middle Eastern countries
from a short distance away. And since these
missiles are loaded on self-propelled mobile launchers,
who is to say what country those launchers may end up
in. They could end up in Cuba with U.S. bases/cities as
the target. The launcher for these missiles is
bigger than previous launchers because of the increased
length/weight of these missiles, and it carries four of
them instead of two.
I sent a letter
to Five Doves on 12 May 2019 "Cyrus Codes in Zechariah 5
The Nuclear Bomb Chapter" http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/may2019/chance512-2.htm
Maybe this new missile system will be involved in this
Zechariah prophecy. This prophecy would need an
ICBM with a short range.
On another front, the
U.S. is threatening to withhold the F-35 fighter jet
program from Turkey if Turkey goes ahead with it's
purchase of the Russian S-400 anti-missile system.
"The S-400 issue is directly related to our sovereign
rights, and we will not step back (from this decision),"
he (Erdogan) said. Erdogan also reiterated that
Turkey was expected to take delivery of the Russian
system next month." (July 2019) https://www.sfgate.com/news/world/article/US-issues-Turkey-new-warning-over-Russian-missile-14044121.php
