In it the Confirmation of the Covenant with many is postulated for Shmini Atzeret, September 30/October 1.

From Tu B'Av (possible Rapture date) to Shmini Atzeret  is 66 days. "The number sixty-six also deals with things that includes: Fallacy, trickery, guile and deception." Sounds like the rise of the AC to me.
