"Re: Gino - answer to,
Not all are His Bride"
Gino, thanks for your question.
My statement -
Since the beginning of the Church Age many believers have died
who were living in disobedience to God's will and not ready to
meet Him as He would have preferred them to be.
Your question -
So, what happens to the ones mentioned, that did not live as the
Lord preferred?
Would they never have resurrected bodies?
My answer -
God would prefer that we stay connected, be obedient and
be ready for Him at all times - until the end - whether by death
or the rapture. Because, God is a rewarder of those who
diligently seek Him and every believer will be rewarded
according to their deeds. Heaven is promised to all true
believers in His Church but the rapture is not, it is an event
for those who "qualify" as His Bride.
Those in the Church who have already died in Christ are
resurrected, in heaven and rewarded accordingly. Their position
(Bride or....) in heaven is decided upon by God. Those now
living, who are saved, but missed the rapture (for the
Bride) because they were not prepared and ready - do not lose
their salvation but must continue and remain in the faith until
death or The Second Coming - where they will meet Him in the air
and be "transformed" to be with Him forever.
