During the morning of January 13th, 2012, I had a long and complex dream:
In the dream I was with a group of people, whom I did not know. Adults and kids, both. The scenario was that some kind of large white airship was flying east/northeast in the skies over what I thought was the Northeastern USA. I didn't know exactly where I was in the dream, but I had a strong sense of being in eastern Pennsylvania headed toward the northeast. (Note: I’m convinced now that it was far eastern Pennsylvania).
The shape of the aircraft was like a long oval that came to a point at the front, with a domed top to it. Think of it like a boat turned upside down. It had a fin or fins on the top side at the rear end of it*. I really didn't see underneath it as my view was above it and a little out in front of it. The aircraft/airship was huge. It seemed to be about the size of a football field or larger, and was flying VERY slowly and VERY low. It was on some deliberate flight path and was silent.
What I could see of the underneath side of the ship was covered in some kind of toxic white powder and wherever the ship flew, whatever was under the ship became toxic because the powder fell off the ship like snow on to it. Some of this white powder appeared like large "flakes" stuck together, like old paint that has flaked off of a house. I have no idea what the substance was, but it contaminated everything that it fell on. It must have been a chemical agent of some kind. My impression was that the ship was not spraying anything, but this toxic powder was actually falling off the ship, it was dangerous, and that the ship was doing this on purpose!
Things that had all ready been contaminated were in a special liquid solution or 'bath' in an attempt to detox them. I saw a small boat and some other things submerged in a large tank inside a garage someone owned. The tank was filled with some chemical solution and the boat and the objects were sitting in this solution in an attempt to detox them, but it was my strong impression that this was futile!
The whole United States was tracking the ship's path, where it had been and where it was going. It was a nation-wide catastrophe. People were carefully listening to broadcasts about it, and were very scared and nervous to the point of panic. It was like the USA was at war. I was in a room with a large group of people in someone's house. The room was downstairs off the main level of the house. So, we were about halfway underground. It was like a “war room”, but I saw no television. It seemed like news was broadcast via radio or shortwave. They were working at a large table on which were maps and charts tracking the path of the ship; where it had been and where it might go. Like these people, I also was very nervous in the dream. These people were hoping to not be in it's path, but it looked to me like we were. If you were in it's path, you were doomed. This was a dangerous certainty!
It was a very bright sunny afternoon, probably summer. It was hot, about 3pm, and we were outside at one point. Someone I knew was in the dream, a man who has been dead for many years. He sat on the ground reading a newspaper, flanked by two children. I was standing up in front of him. He put the newspaper down and put his right hand over his eyes and started to cry. I asked him "What's the matter?" He responded with difficulty ....
"Two dead .... St. Thomas Cathedral...."
He was crying and couldn't finish his statement, but my clear impression was that this Cathedral had been attacked or destroyed. I also felt strongly that there was more to the account than what he told me.
I suddenly woke up at that point, pretty unnerved.
After doing a search in the Internet I found that there really is a St Thomas Cathedral in downtown New York City, USA. I've never heard of the place, nor did I know anything about it.

Additional thoughts re dream and the airship
There was a test in August 2012 of a USA made airship 300+ feet long called a LEMV. An aircraft designed for intelligence work. August 17, 2016 a UK firm has had a test flight of a similar airship, same basic design.
*(Search Internet images for LEMV Airship. I’m convinced now in 2018 that this was the ship I saw in the dream).
Among the many puzzling aspects of the dream was why the aircraft hadn't been shot down to stop it. ??? Thinking back on it now, that detail seems conspicuous. There was no talk or news about shooting it down??
It is possible that USA traditional aircraft were grounded and could not respond. Maybe caused by an EMP?
