"Times of the Gentiles Being fulfilled and the Rapture"

This passage has always confused me:

And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. Revelation 11:1-2

Remember, Jerusalem will be trodden down of the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. This passage tells us that the Gentiles will tread the holy city under foot for forty-two Jerusalem months.

It sounds like after those 42 months, the Time of the Gentiles is over, which would mean the Time of Jacob's Trouble or Daniel's 70th Week would begin then or shortly after. Last week I wrote that a youtube video made the observation that there are 1260 days between the first blood moon April 15th, 2014 and September 23rd, 2017, which is the Revelation 12 sign. Also notice that the 42 month period happens to be mentioned in Revelation 11, right before the Revelation 12 sign. The part that is confusing to me is the part about measuring the temple--is what they are mentioning just the site for the temple--where the Western Wall is? If it does concern the actual 3rd temple, then it says The Time of the Gentiles won't be fulfilled until it is built which means the rapture can't happen until then...anybody have any clarification on that?

Thanks,
