Turkey and The Times

It's been manic - I know you are all with me on that one !! It just seems very strange to me that Erdogan has been holding the EU to ransom over the vast camps of "refugees" Turkey is currently hosting. Basically - Erdogan has told the EU and UK that we have to pay Turkey gazillions and give them visa free travel, throughout Europe .........OR.... they will allow a flood of refugees into Europe. Blackmail number one. Then he threatened the Western alliance further by making friendly noises towards the Syrian regime. He has also been making nice with Israel - who, in turn, have been making nice with Putin.... et flipping cetera. This whole "coup " thing smacks of great deception. With ordinary humans suffering as a result. It's been a horrifying time. Emotionally exhausting and confusing. How much more of this tribulation will the church have to witness?
