In reading and studying over the years I have come to the conclusion that the counting that leads to Pentecost must be done by the adding of 50 days to the end of a complete count of seven sabbaths.
I am going to be watching especially the middle of July this year, around the 13th through the 16th. The 16th is the date of the new moon (beginning the 5th month)and I am seeing Pentecost arriving at the end of the fourth month.
To me, the Feast of Shavuot strongly points to a time of transition, with this time being from the focus being on the Spirit within body of Christ and shifting to the focus being on the chosen remnant within Israel. I believe some of the Feasts have multiple fulfillments yet echoing a similar theme.
I know that some others here have presented similar thinking with respect to Pentecost's count timing (Ola being one of them).
I am typing this with one 'somewhat fat' fingertip and so I do not wish to lay out all of the scriptural clues when others have already done a better job of it.
A good source of information is :
Scroll down his first screen to a list of articles and click on "When is the Scriptural Feast of Weeks (Pentecost)?" as a good place to start. I appreciate how he presents his thinking. He is a good teacher.
Another good article is here:

Please be aware that in pointing folks to these sites, I am in no way presenting that all of what they each write is valid. I have, however, found the two listed above to be insightful in terms of the Pentecost count and also the Biblical calender.
For example, the WLC site takes their insights on also when they have determined when a correct Sabbath takes place and then lifts this up into their version of a type of "law system" so as to be able to please God in their lifestyle, instead of upholding only Jesus as our righteousness and the only basis by which God is already pleased with us. So, their motivation is off based at this point, in my estimation, yet that does not automatically invalidate all of their research in my mind.
But we all learn as we go, and only the Spirit of God is our true revealer/teacher.
The World's Last Chance site has an app available for download that lays out their understanding of the Biblical calendar in an actual calendar format on your tech device of choice. I have found it to be a good tool.
I do not contribute to Five Doves often, as of late, but I look forward to reading the latest list of thoughts on Five Doves as they come out. Thank you John for all of the time spent maintaining this site over the years. I have truly benefitted in being regularly exposed to other brothers and sisters who are also longing for our Lord's appearance.
While we continue to wait, know that our being 'one in Spirit with Jesus' ( I Cor 6 :17) means that He looks at your unique circumctances through your very set of eyes and He is perfect peace, love, joy as He oversees your "chapter one" down here. Only He is capable of perfect trust in the Father to accomplish all that concerns you and how everything will work together for your true good. The Father will indeed accomplish all that concerns you. Grace, grace, grace.
The great and only I AM THAT I AM is threatened by nothing and will accomplish all His good pleasure. His grand plan, to bring all under His Son, unfolds over coming ages. Our puny human brains do not have a chance of grasping it. So, all that He asks of us is to rest and trust, ceasing to strive because He is indeed God.
And Jesus in us is our perfect "Rester" in the Father. In our imaginary independence of God, we aren't even capable of resting in Him in and of ourselves. Jesus is our ALL, in truth.
We are not independant/seperate from Him though it is easy to embrace this lie due to years of programming. Right now, the Great True REALITY is that we are seated with Jesus in heavenly places. There is no stress on the very throne of the Creator. It is only our brain's programmed misinterpretations that are clueless.
Picture a little toddler secure in his mother's arms, asleep, yet quietly wimpering because he is feeling fearful while experiencing a bad dream. The dream is "real" but is not even close to overcoming/undermining the "REAL" of the mom's heart and secure arms. The mom whispers comforting words of peace and love, even trying to gently wake up the little one so that it will be soothed by what is true and has been so all along.
What human could ever dream up such a god as our True God?
Be encouraged. Our God reigns. And He is truly Good.
