"RE:  Clay Cantrell and collapsing overpass dream"

Hello, John and Doves,

Brother Clay, to me it seems that God is pulling out all the stops to get the message out to all people that He is coming soon!

Even the Rapture seems to be a moot given among non-believers.

The various movies and TV shows want to pre-program the minds of those who are left behind.

And yet, your two posts [http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2014/clay713-3.htm and http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/july2014/clay713-4.htm] tell us that God wants nobody to be caught unaware at the moment of His coming for His saints.

Thus is it written,

[The Second Coming in 2015?]

          A psalm of David.

1Who may worship in your sanctuary, Lord?

Who may enter your presence on your holy hill?

2Those who lead blameless lives and do what is right,

speaking the truth from sincere hearts.

3Those who refuse to gossip

or harm their neighbors

or speak evil of their friends.

4Those who despise flagrant sinners,

and honor the faithful followers of the Lord,

and keep their promises even when it hurts.

5Those who lend money without charging interest,

and who cannot be bribed to lie about the innocent.

Such people will stand firm forever.

Psalm 15  NLT

Again, it is written,

[The time of Jacob’s trouble shortened to one year, 5775?  See also ]

          For the choir director: A psalm of Asaph. A song to be sung to the tune “Do Not Destroy!”

1We thank you, O God!

We give thanks because you are near.

People everywhere tell of your wonderful deeds.

2God says, “At the time I have planned,

I will bring justice against the wicked.

3When the earth quakes and its people live in turmoil,

I am the one who keeps its foundations firm.

Interlude

4“I warned the proud, ‘Stop your boasting!’

I told the wicked, ‘Don’t raise your fists!

5Don’t raise your fists in defiance at the heavens

or speak with such arrogance.’”

6For no one on earth—from east or west,

or even from the wilderness—

should raise a defiant fist.a

7It is God alone who judges;

he decides who will rise and who will fall.

8For the Lord holds a cup in his hand

that is full of foaming wine mixed with spices.

He pours out the wine in judgment,

and all the wicked must drink it,

draining it to the dregs.

9But as for me, I will always proclaim what God has done;

I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

10For God says, “I will break the strength of the wicked,

but I will increase the power of the godly.”

Psalm 75  NLT

Again, we read,

[The Second Parousia in 5776?]

          For the choir director: A psalm of Asaph. A song to be accompanied by stringed instruments.

1God is honored in Judah;

his name is great in Israel.

2Jerusalema is where he lives;

Mount Zion is his home.

3There he has broken the fiery arrows of the enemy,

the shields and swords and weapons of war.

Interlude

4You are glorious and more majestic

than the everlasting mountains.b

5Our boldest enemies have been plundered.

They lie before us in the sleep of death.

No warrior could lift a hand against us.

6At the blast of your breath, O God of Jacob,

their horses and chariots lay still.

7No wonder you are greatly feared!

Who can stand before you when your anger explodes?

8From heaven you sentenced your enemies;

the earth trembled and stood silent before you.

9You stand up to judge those who do evil, O God,

and to rescue the oppressed of the earth.

Interlude

10Human defiance only enhances your glory,

for you use it as a weapon.c

11Make vows to the Lord your God, and keep them.

Let everyone bring tribute to the Awesome One.

12For he breaks the pride of princes,

and the kings of the earth fear him.

Psalm 76  NLT

And yet, it is written,

[Rapture possible in 2014?]

          1When the Israelites escaped from Egypt—

when the family of Jacob left that foreign land—

2the land of Judah became God’s sanctuary,

and Israel became his kingdom.

3The Red Seaa saw them coming and hurried out of their way!

The water of the Jordan River turned away.

4The mountains skipped like rams,

the hills like lambs!

5What’s wrong, Red Sea, that made you hurry out of their way?

What happened, Jordan River, that you turned away?

6Why, mountains, did you skip like rams?

Why, hills, like lambs?

7Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord,

at the presence of the God of Jacob.

8He turned the rock into a pool of water;

yes, a spring of water flowed from solid rock.

Psalm 114  NLT

Here is an answer to Psalm 114:6.

It is written,

          A psalm of David.

1Honor the Lord, you heavenly beingsa;

honor the Lord for his glory and strength.

2Honor the Lord for the glory of his name.

Worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness.

3The voice of the Lord echoes above the sea.

The God of glory thunders.

The Lord thunders over the mighty sea.

4The voice of the Lord is powerful;

the voice of the Lord is majestic.

5The voice of the Lord splits the mighty cedars;

the Lord shatters the cedars of Lebanon.

6He makes Lebanon’s mountains skip like a calf;

he makes Mount Hermonb leap like a young wild ox.

7The voice of the Lord strikes

with bolts of lightning.

8The voice of the Lord makes the barren wilderness quake;

the Lord shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

9The voice of the Lord twists mighty oaksc

and strips the forests bare.

In his Temple everyone shouts, “Glory!”

10The Lord rules over the floodwaters.

The Lord reigns as king forever.

11The Lord gives his people strength.

The Lord blesses them with peace.

Psalm 29  NLT

And Strong’s Hebrew 29 is

          Strong's Concordance

Abiyyah: "Yah is my father," an Israelite name

Original Word: אֲבִיָּה
Part of Speech: Proper Name Masculine
Transliteration: Abiyyah
Phonetic Spelling: (ab-ee-yaw')
Short Definition: Abijah

http://biblehub.com/hebrew/29.htm

In the Brit Chadashah [New Testament], we read,

          When Herod was king of Judea, there was a Jewish priest named Zechariah. He was a member of the priestly order of Abijah, and his wife, Elizabeth, was also from the priestly line of Aaron.

Luke 1:5  NLT

This Zechariah and his wife, Elizabeth, were the parents of one John the Baptist—who was beheaded for his testimony.

Again, we read,

          Then I saw thrones, and the people sitting on them had been given the authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their testimony about Jesus and for proclaiming the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his statue, nor accepted his mark on their forehead or their hands. They all came to life again, and they reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

Revelation 20:4  NLT

So, it seems that Psalm 114 and Psalm 29 are both linked to the resurrection of the righteous.

~Blessings,

Mike
