"Birth Order and Birth Pangs"

Colossians 1:17-19 (NKJV)

17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. 18 And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.

Christ is the head which is followed in succession by the other parts in the same order as a baby is born into the world. The last part to be born is the feet. I thus concluded that the end-time church was the feet of the body of Christ.

This makes perfect sense considering that current events are likened to birth pains.  Why would the Bible use the expression about birth pains unless it completed the analogy to the birth order?

John 16:21 says… A woman, when she is in labor, has sorrow because her hour has come; but as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish, for joy that a human being has been born into the world.

We long for the days of sorrow to pass and the days of joy begin!
