This means, when it's Midnight on Pentecost, in Jerusalem, on the 9th of July 2013, it will be 14:00 hours and 17:00 hours in Los Angeles and Washington DC respectively, on the 8th of July 2013.
Which just happens to be the Date Clint Young saw and heard in his vision!
I believe the Lord is using the Date of a nuke attack on the USA to reveal to us the correct Day of Pentecost - The Day of the Rapture!!!
