A personal side note: Coinciding is July 21- July 22, 2013  Tu B'Av .  Fifteenth of AV by Jewish history http://www.chabad.org/library/article_cdo/aid/53680/jewish/15th-of-Av.htm  

is significantly known for weddings :)   and is a full moon. The  Talmud considers it the greatest festival of the year  with Yom Kippur being SECOND to this holiday !
