"To Patti C " an after
thought""
You; might 'ask' why do I read Jasher?
Because God asked "me" in Joshua10:13 KJV
Is not this written in the book of Jasher?
And he [stated] to "me" again in 2 Samuel 1:18 KJV
behold, it is written in the book of Jasher.
This whole verse is in ( ).
The word of God is alive !
It is personal to the reader.
Thus he said in other passages ( Let him that readeth
understand)
Again in 2 Timothy 3:8 KJV we find two men named.
Jannes and Jambres who withstood Moses during the Exodus.
Had we not read Jasher we would not know who these men
were.
They are not named in the Old Testament in the Exodus story.
These were sons of Ba'laam
We have 3 witnesses for Jasher in the word of God.
Even our Lord said two witnesses [or] even three, every word may
be established. Matthew 18: 16 KJV
Again in 2 Corinthians 13:1 KJV
Paul writes:
This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two
[or] three witnesses shall every word be established.
Also 1 Timothy 5:19 KJV
Revelation 11:3 KJV
And [I] will give power unto [my] two witnesses.
The Bible "itself" is TWO witnesses of Established Truth.
1. Old Testament
2. New Testament
The New Testament is in the Old Testament [concealed]
The Old Testament is in the New Testament [revealed]
Which again this is a study of " questions"
Isn't there "three" that make up the Godhead?
Isn't the history for man broken up into "Three" divisions of
2000 years?
2000 before the Flood,
2000 up to our Lord's coming
2000 after his victory, and before he comes to Rule and
Reign here upon the earth
with his Rest being the 7000 th year, before "A New Heaven and a
New Earth.
7 being completion of " The Week"
2 Peter 3:8 KJV
one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand
years as one day.
So to our Lord he has been gone from us [little more] than two
days in his time.
forgive me
God Bless you
