Thank you Barry, I agree that if we look at this in a broader scope it does take in all the heathen in completion, and the seed of Esau specifically named.
Literally [we] are [all] either the sons and daughters of Shem, Ham, or Japhath.
These who call themselves the 'Illuminati' and "Rothchilds" boast of a special bloodline, and do enterbread  within their own families in order to keep that line pure.
It is also true that some and even many today, of the tribes of Israel, work toward the destruction of the "church" as in the days of our Lord. In our Lords days upon this earth, Israel was ruled by Rome.
Rome; [before] our Lords coming, and during, and [after] his death and resurrection, the Edomites were overtaken and were under Roman rule, and if they wanted to live, they would live as the Jews lived or die. They did so, and did it so well, that they learned all the Holy scriptures to the letter; BUT; they had it [not] in their hearts. Rome considered the Edomites to be "a kind of Jew".
Saul/Paul was a "true" Roman and sat among the Pharisees who did believe in the resurrection of the dead, and the Sadducees did not. Therefore we know there was contention [even] between these.

Today is no different concerning these things, only [more worse] as we near the soon return of our Lord.
There is a distinction of the ignorant heathen [un-believer,] and the seed of Esau.
Even though Esau [is] counted among the gentile nations, only [this] nation is called " the nation [not] desired".
